  • Discover Beach Club 1, a contemporary and well-equipped townhouse offering glimpses of the ocean. With a full kitchen and dishwasher, entertaining is a breeze. The open-plan living and dining area seamlessly leads to a spacious balcony, complete with a hooded gas barbecue. Its central location ensures that shops, the club, and the beach are just a stone's throw away.
    The garage provides convenient storage for surfboards, bikes, fishing rods, and more, while off-street parking is available for two cars.

    Upstairs, you'll find one bedroom with a queen bed and a main bathroom featuring a full-size bath. Downstairs, there's a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a bunk bed (double base + single top) and an additional single bed, as well as a bathroom.
    The townhouse comfortably accommodates 8 guests.

    Travel with ease as the property is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Beach House 1

... Is a great house perfectly situated in Crescent Head. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, pub & clubs and headland walks, there's plenty of room to spread out to enjoy the open living area and deck. Very clean and well presented.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is in a great location and Elders were great. The property needs some TLC. The Glass doors and windows leading to the balcony were filthy. Screen doors missing on one door and broken on the other. There is a sewerage smell downstairs. The lounge cushions need to be replaced. Dripping Tap on the bath.

Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay but wanted to make mention of a few things that could be improved on. We had a big problem with ants in the kitchen/pantry and dishwasher. The bedding wasn't great and in need of thicker doonas especially for downstairs and a lot of the blankets were old and stained. Gas hotplate wasn't great to cook on so might need a service. The Teflon frying pans were very hard to clean as I think the coating is no longer doing what its supposed to do ie no longer nonstick. Vacuum wouldn't pick up fluff on the carpet but was ok on the hard floors. We have booked for next year even though the rent rise is considerable so we would hope that the improvements we have suggested will be considered.

With views over the golf course and in a quiet street the perfect atmosphere was created for a relaxing holiday. Greeting the sunrise each morning from the spacious living dining kitchen area was a pleasure. Fully equipped with everything needed for a home away from home and scrupulously clean this holiday rental was perfect indeed. Great communication with the real estate too for a seamless check in.

Plenty of space to get away on your own or join the rest if our group. Fabulous views from the balcony where we sat for all our meals. Would definitely recommend!
