Here you can enjoy a variety of landscapes, as well as the coast and the countryside; you’ll only be 20 miles from the vibrant city of Exeter.


This delightful detached property is on a delightful complex within the grounds of a renowned local pub. The property has been well thought-out in order to make the most of the fantastic countryside views, and has a reverse level layout. On the ground floor you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms including one double with an en-suite with shower over bath and WC, and two twin rooms. There is also a family size bathroom with shower over bath and WC plus a handy utility room with washing machine. As you head upstairs you’ll be greeted by a bright and spacious living area with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and an electric fire to keep you warm in the winter. Around the corner, the kitchen/diner features everything you need for your holiday including electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and seating for six people.


Stepping outside, guests have their own patio, which has a BBQ/fire pit and outdoor furniture. There is also access to an expanse of shared lawns, with plenty of room for all the family to enjoy. Guests also have access to a whole range of leisure facilities to keep the family busy, including free use of the shared heated indoor swimming pool (subject to availability). The onsite sports hall offers badminton, tennis, netball and football (no charges apply). Other shared onsite facilities include snooker and pool tables, table tennis, a skittle alley, squash courts and a five-a-side all-weather pitch. Children can enjoy playing in the large outdoor adventure playground with zip slides, or in the indoor soft play area with ball ponds, climbing areas, slides and its own coffee shop. Carp fishing is also available nearby.
