« The night manager was hostile when I had trouble opening my door. The key card had to be held a special way to get the door to open. I was tired, and had trouble managing the stairs and she was hostile and agrumentative about staying to vericy I (not she) could open the door. I arrived having to use the bathroom, and there were no facilities available until you checked in. That caused me a lot of physical discomfort.
