Welcome to Oak & Anchor Villa—a peaceful retreat just 20 minutes from downtown Waco. Nestled in the quiet countryside of Crawford, near The Gaines’ original farmhouse, it’s the perfect home base for Baylor visits, Magnolia adventures, or family getaways.

The highlight is the resort-style pool and backyard oasis—complete with a hot tub under the Texas stars, outdoor dining, and plenty of space to relax and connect after exploring all Waco has to offer.

INSIDE THE HOME:

Primary Bedroom – A restful retreat with a queen bed, soft linens, and plenty of storage. Large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a calm and comfortable space to recharge.

Bedroom 2 – Another inviting space with a queen bed and cozy touches that make it perfect for couples or solo travelers needing quiet rest.

Bedroom 3 – Designed with flexibility in mind, this room includes a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed—great for families, kids, or groups who need a little extra sleeping space.

Additional Sleeping – A king-size air mattress is available upon request to bring total capacity up to 10 guests.

LIVING SPACES:

Living Room – A welcoming hub of the home with plush seating and a smart TV. Whether it’s a family movie night, cheering on Baylor, or winding down after exploring Waco, this space is perfect for gathering.

Dining Area – The dining table seats 6+, making it great for meals, card games, or conversation that lingers late into the evening.

Kitchen – Fully stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals or simple snacks. Includes modern appliances, cookware, dishes, serving platters, and a Keurig coffee maker with starter pods.

EXTRAS:

Two Full Bathrooms –

The primary bathroom includes a walk-in shower and double vanity.

The second bathroom, shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3, offers a full tub/shower combo and guest essentials.

Laundry Closet – Washer and dryer available for guest use, making extended stays simple and convenient.

OUTDOOR SPACE:

The resort-style pool and backyard are the crown jewel of Oak & Anchor Villa. The sparkling swimming pool, bubbling hot tub, and wide-open skies make this a private retreat you’ll never want to leave.

Guests will have full access to the home, pool, hot tub, and outdoor living areas. Please note the garage, a small locked supply closet inside the home, and the metal storage building on the lot next door are not available for guest use.
