The Space:

Designed around its lakeside setting, this contemporary Hillsdale home brings together clean architecture, expansive views, and comfortable spaces for gathering and unwinding.



The heart of the home is the vaulted great room, where large windows frame the lake and surrounding landscape. The fireplace creates a cozy focal point for evenings in, while the open dining area and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to share everything from slow breakfasts to dinner with friends and family.



The home offers three bedrooms, including two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, with four full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and lake views, while additional bedrooms look toward the lake and surrounding forest.



For those who like to stay active, the dedicated gym includes a treadmill, exercise bike, weight rack, yoga mat, and additional exercise equipment. A separate office with a desk also provides a comfortable place to work or catch up when needed.



Outside, the home opens onto a balcony and patio with outdoor seating and dining, a BBQ area, and direct access to the lake. Kayaks make it easy to get out on the water, while the surrounding landscape provides a peaceful backdrop for afternoons outside and sunset evenings.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the indoor living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, gym, office, garage, balcony, patio, and outdoor areas. Guests can also enjoy direct access to the lake and the home's kayaks during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Hillsdale offers a peaceful countryside setting while keeping some of the Hudson Valley and Berkshires' best-known destinations within an easy drive. Spend the day exploring nearby Hudson or Great Barrington, head to Catamount for a day on the slopes in winter, or simply stay close to home and enjoy the lake.



The surrounding area is ideal for a slower pace, with opportunities for hiking, biking, dining, and exploring the region's small towns and outdoor spaces. Back at the house, the lakefront setting brings the focus right back to the landscape, with sunset views, kayaking, and quiet evenings by the water.



Other Things to Note:

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, beavers, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural area, and power or internet outages may occur during inclement weather. The home is equipped with a whole-house generator to help minimize disruptions in the event of a power outage. We are unable to offer refunds for outages or service interruptions beyond our control. Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.



Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 6 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 6 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.



Age requirement: To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we welcome guests aged 25 and older at this property. Thank you for understanding!
