I arrived around 4:30 PM, and there was no one available to assist me. I had no idea what to do, especially since thereâs no cell reception in the area. I hadnât received the email explaining the check-in procedure. I turned to a waitress from the restaurant for help, but she told me the restaurant operates independently and that she couldnât assist me.
I tried to figure things out on my own, and thankfully, a kind guest showed me how to connect to the Wi-Fi. About 30 minutes later, I was finally able to access the information I needed and understood where to go and what to do.
The accommodation is indeed clean, but unfortunately, my neighbors have two dogs that wonât stop barking. I politely asked them to quiet the dogs, but nothing has changed. And to come back to my initial pointâsince thereâs no staff on site, Iâm completely left on my own.
Itâs truly disappointing because this place has so much potential for a great stay, but these issues make the experience frustrating.
