We loved our stay here! It was very clean and Shannon made sure we had everything that we needed:) The villa is also in a great location on the Island. Some of the best beaches are near by and it’s not too far out of town. The pool and beach are well cared for and the dock is fun to snorkel and swim at. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Idyllic Cozumel home with pool and pier

My family and friends spent an amazing week at this property which was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the pool, cook together, and swim in the ocean.The home's kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the purified water tank helped us keep hydrated throughout the day.Our party felt completely safe and well cared for during our stay, and I would highly recommend We've Gone Coastal to any group looking for an idyllic stay on la bella isla de Cozumel.

Great Spring Break Getaway

My husband and daughters stayed at another villa at Costa del Sol last year. We really loved the privacy so we decided to book again. The villa from our trip was booked so we pivoted to this one. We were not disappointed! Everything is in tip top shape with newer TVs in all the rooms. We had accessible communication with the owner/staff and prompt replies. We definitely will be back! This villa was absolutely gorgeous.

Gorgeous Place to Stay on Cozumel

Went with friends who go frequently to see Cozumel for the first time. This is a perfect place to stay. Snorkeling off the dock perfectly lovely, poolside sunsets beautiful. Met nice neighbors. We didn’t know have any kids but this is a wonderful place to bring a family with young kids. Shallow pool area and shallow tide pool makes perfect salty baby pool. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in this home with family. The home and the location were both fabulous. Shannon, Jeff and the house managers were super attentive, friendly and responsive. They helped plan excursions, chefs and every day needs like shopping. The home was extremely clean and beautiful, just as pictured. The pool and the beach were amazing. The location was perfect and we were close to downtown Cozumel as well as other beautiful beaches. This is hands-down favorite occasions yet. A true paradise!

Cozumel Summer Escape

The hosts, Jeff and Shannon, were so accommodating and hospitable. Our trip coincided with the arrival of Hurricane Beryl and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Cozumel, even inviting us to stay with them at their place in town while we waited for electricity to be restored at the villa. The villa was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed, including snorkel equipment. The oceanside pool kept us cool and we had great time snorkeling off the pier. They recommended Clemente and crew for a private snorkeling trip, where we were picked up on the pier and transported to a great reef, a starfish community and an area where we got to swim with stingrays while Clemente and crew served us fresh cevice, guacamole, fruit and drinks. Can't wait to return to this piece of paradise.

The property was amazing. The home is very spacious and decorated perfectly for the island. It has every amenity that you would ever need. The surrounding property is gorgeous. Very nice place. Spacious and very comfortable, well-supplied with beach towels, pool and beach toys, sunscreen and bath supplies. The filtered water throughout the house is a definite plus. Steps to the pool,beach and pier to be picked up for diving - hard to beat. Communication before the visit was fine, and the property manager was readily available to assist with reservations,etc, during our stay. Costa del Sol is a very nice community, but is away from town so a car is very helpful since taxis,although available,get expensive.This was not our first stay in this house, and we'll certainly return.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Everything about this beach house was an absolute dream, and we are already scheming on how to get back to it. The house is in a gated community a little more off the beaten path in Cozumel, about 15-20 minutes south of San Miguel town center. There is ample parking (covered and other), and you are immediately greeted by security in a covered palapa, who can assist with luggage, taxi calls, and other questions. The beach house itself is just steps away from an AMAZING infinity pool and pier that juts out into the ocean water. Our three kids (tween/teens) loved snorkeling right off the pier - they saw plenty of tropical fish and one nice barracuda. The house itself was stocked with just about everything you could possibly need - towels, snorkeling gear, sand toys, sunscreen, bug spray, laundry detergent, kitchen spices, tea/coffee, even a "take some/leave some" alcohol cabinet! Everyone was in awe with how spacious the house was laid out, and our teenager was especially pleased to have her own room that was "decorated exactly how she would decorate her dream beach house." (High praise, indeed!) Shannon (owner/manager) helped us with any questions we had and set us up with the most amazing snorkeling excursion we could have asked for. Be sure to ask her to hook you up with Clemente - he not only takes you out to the best snorkeling sites, but he makes a darn good ceviche/pico/guacamole while you are out there. Our only complaint? Having to leave!

Family Vacation

The property is amazing! The property is amazing! We were very fortunate to have met the owner, Shannon, upon our arrival. She helped us get into the home and was very welcoming. The home is as advertised. Very well decorated, very spacious, very clean, had every appliance, including washer and dryer, and accessory (ice maker) you could possibly need, mini split a/c in every room, lots of spices, coffee…etc…wonderful. The home is just steps from the pool and beach. The grounds keepers are constantly working around the already beautiful property and we saw them cleaning and skimming the pool daily. Because we’ve been to the island before we never had to contact or speak to the property manager, Alex, but he was attentive to our requests prior to arrival. He recommended a chef, Gaby, who came in and cooked the most amazing meals several nights during our stay. Definitely will use her again!! The pier on the property was a plus and we booked several trips where the boat was able to pick us up the pier. We’re regulars to island and hope to definitely book this home again. Everything was perfect!!

Amazing place

We are not travelers at all and felt very out out of our comfort zone doing this, but got reassured all the way through the process and could not have asked for it to be any better!! The house is extremely comfortable and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location could not be more perfect for those who want to experience relaxation and beach time without crowds of people. I would definitely recommend everyone experience this amazing place!! Our only advice would be to not only stay 4 days. We did not want to leave. Thank you so much for sharing this little piece of heaven!!

Excellent location

We just got back from our fun vacation! This home is lovely, the neighbors all kind, the staff amazing (we got a flat and they were so helpful without even asking…plus the kids loved having fresh coconuts by the pool), the home is clean and has many “extras” - for example: kitchen essentials like spices, oils, coffee, peanut butter etc; snorkel equipment; pool floats; shampoo/body wash; extra throw blankets; sunscreen/bug spray. The island itself was so welcoming and we had many adventures. No one in our group dives - which is a huge draw for many visiting Cozumel - but we found the location of the property excellent for chartering fishing boats, watching the sunsets, soaking up the sun. Easy drive (or taxi) into town. Owner so quick and responsive with the few questions we had while on-site. Glad we chose Cozumel and this home for our family vacation.

Absolutely perfect!

We could not be more pleased with our stay at We've gone Coastal. The only inaccuracy from the listing is that it says 10 min walk to the beach and it is 2! The layout of the home is perfect and all the amenities you would want in a home are there- no need to purchase one time use items at the grocery store. We were lucky enough to meet Shannon and Jeff and they provided us with great recommendations! Our in house masseuse, Anita was excellent and Clemente took us on an epic 1/2 day tour of snorkeling, exploring and ceviche! My only regret was that we didn't book a Cantina hopping tour with him! We went diving a few days with our boys and now see why Cozumel has such a great reputation for diving. So close to land and truly amazing- they even picked us up at the pier on our beach! Wonderful restaurants just a short drive away. Every restaurant recommendation Shannon and Jeff gave was fabulous. The book they leave at their home has all the info you will need for your visit plus more! We have already recommended We've Gone Coastal to friends and we will be back!

Enjoyable stay

Very nice house just off the beach. Clean and spacious The keypad door lock was very convenient, and the filtered water throughout the house was a real plus. The owners were readily available for communication before the trip, and Alex, the guest manager was equally available while we were there. Costa del Sol is a very nice property, we have stayed here several times.

Family Vacation!

We have been doing family trips for years and this place by far has been one of the best! We had everything we need and if we ran out you could have them go get. The pool was perfect and it was nice to meet new people but still feel very safe. We will be back.

Perfect Vacation Rental

Shannon’s place is the best vacation rental we have had and we are regular vacation home renters. It’s super clean and is a great place. It’s in Costa Del Sol, a gated community clustered around a common pool, beach and it’s own pier. It’s quiet and steps from the beach & pool. The home is spacious and very well equipped with 3 bedroom suites (each with its own bath), large fully equipped kitchen, family room and dining room. Full laundry is great to have. Shannon provided us with additional options and all were great. Be sure to take her up on the chef, massage and the snorkel tour. Clemente took us on a private snorkel tour and picked us up at our own pier - no driving to town or dealing with the cruise ship crowds and less expensive than the large boat tours. Shannon was an outstanding host and has stocked her home with everything needed including towels, games, books and helpful lists. Our stay could not have been better.

Great location to relax

We had a great stay here! We all loved the heated pool, beach access, and versatility of the house and amenities. The kitchen was well stocked so it was easy to cook and the compound staff was so helpful and friendly!

Beautiful property - everything you need - highly recommend!

My 3 friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this house! It's beautiful, clean and open with lots of space. The house is well stocked - we stayed 10 days and only ate out for 2 dinners and 2 lunches. All the beds are very comfy and it was way more than enough room for 4 people (we could have had a few more friends). We'd stayed at Costa Del Sol before and like this house the best. The property around the house is so gorgeous - cheers to the grounds maintenance crew who are always working on it. We love having the private pool and beach for only Costa Del Sol folks and the dock is key if you are diving - can't beat being picked up by the boat only yards from your door. Highly recommend this property and also Jungle Divers if you're diving (which the owner recommended). Thanks to all who made our stay so awesome!!!

Paradise!

We love this coastal community at Costa Del Sol and have stayed here many times, this was our first time at Shannon & Jeff's place and we really enjoyed "We've gone coastal" villa. The home is well appointed and a clear pride of ownership is evident. It is spacious, comfortable and sparkling clean. It is decorated very cute with a beach theme and we really LOVED having an "alexa" to play music in almost every room. I didn't do any cooking but kitchen seemed well stocked. Shannon has thought of all the little things that take the vacation experience over the top, with a lovely welcome surprise, plenty of the staples e.g. soaps/trash bags/laundry supplies and she even has a supply of coffee. The house is situated far enough away from the pool as to not hear the pool noise but still only steps away to the pool and pier. The dive pier has been remodeled and this is an excellent spot for divers, you can get picked up right in front of the house, We've gone coastal has nice hooks and a strong rope hanging line for wet dive equipment to hang dry. The grounds are immaculate, and even though there is no jacuzzi anymore the pool is now heated and lovely, it is a beautiful negative edge pool with the best view ever, sunsets are amazing out by the pool as well. Thank you Shannon and Jeff for sharing your beautiful villa, we look forward to coming back and will def book again!
