« We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

« We very much enjoyed our stay at Bella Haven and highly recommend it to others. The accommodations had everything we needed, was very comfortable and well-supplied. Beautiful outdoor areas with the patio and surrounding garden, and the seating area out by the water.
