« Spent a wonderful 3 nights at Alderley house with friends. House very well equipped, plenty of crockery , glasses etc. Very comfortable living room and lovely and warm . Bedrooms amazing, large and all en suite. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location very good , 10 -15 min walk to Bourton high street . Can recommend Birdland ! Hope to stay here again. « Amazing charming cottage perfectly located right in the middle of bourton on the water. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children and it was perfect for us. Everything walking distance. The property was wonderful, the sliding door in the kitchen onto the patio and back garden is awesome. Freddie was a great host and would reccomend staying here to anyone that wants an unforgettable Cotswolds vacation ! »

« This place was a dream. We couldn’t get over how charming and beautiful both the cottage and the town were. The place is actually much more spacious than the pictures convey. I thought it would be a tiny little cottage, but it actually feels quite roomy and quite comfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs are a good size and there’s also two full bathrooms upstairs as well. The town is the best Cotswalds town to stay in, in my opinion, although to be fair, there are quite a number of visitors that come...

« Communication was good and all check in and out details easy. The property was very clean, and lovely decor. It had all the amenities we needed, with tea, coffee and sachet milk left as well. The balcony is a bonus. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, and access in and out of Cheltenham by car. Great to have the parking space in such a central location. Only downside is the noise from the road early in the morning with delivery lorries. Overall an amazing place to stay and we would stay again. »
