« It was disappointing in the cleanliness of the room. The room was dusty and bed not properly made. As far as the bathroom the shower was terrible to the point I had to call the front desk to send someone to clean the shower. The shower floor and tiles had stains and grime. Mirror had water and toothpaste stains and the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. »

« Room was dirty the entire hotel gave you a dirty feel if you look closely most things were not cleaned rugs not vacuumed and hallways. Tile floor is not detailed cleaned, etc.. »

« Blue Bonnet is great for the price. Could hear the guest in the room above me and the person had a dog. It was loud until the person took the dogs out. Need some sound absorbers between floors. Otherwise great experience »

I have a baby that is crawling and learning to walk, so I was extremely concerned about this. Management told me that they spray weekly because they have an abandoned building behind their property… which was another concern. « Lovely hotel in a walkable area. The best breakfast buffet with clean eating area. Staff answered all questions politely and the lunch we purchased from front desk was good. »

« The property condition was really the only downfall to our stay. The entire second floor flooring was bowed and bouncy. Our room had a large dip by the bed that you tripped on all the time. Bathtub was loose and repaired with caulk. Overall a very nice hotel that looks like it was recently remodeled, but maybe cheaply done? »

« The breakfast was typical of hotel breakfast. Two mornings there were no napkins. The water for showers was only warm and showers were chilly. There was a hole under the carpet in the hallway of the second floor. »

« The stay was nice, staff members friendly & polite. Fitness room needs some attending to. 3 of the 6 pieces of cardio equipment out of order. No AED machine in place. The signage is on the wall but no machine. I would move the dispenser for sanitation wipes by the door with a sign to wipe down equipment after use. We used the area twice couldn't use cardio equipment because it was in use then watched as those using it for 30 mins left without wiping it off. »
