The Oak & Fern - Suite (upper unit) is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It has 2-bedrooms (first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed), a 4-piece bathroom, living room, dining room and a full sized kitchen. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown living but is conveniently situated to amenities including grocery stores, shopping boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants, the hospital, North Island College, CFB Comox, the airport, biking/ hiking trails, beach access, the Powell River Ferry terminal, Mt. Washington Resort and the Comox Marina. There is a designated one vehicle parking of up to two vehicle parking for the Suite.
