« The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The only issue was our bathroom sink was clogged so it drained very slowly. Our shower door also would not stay closed and would open while taking a shower so we had to hold the door with our foot. But these minor issues were addressed upon checkout and I’m sure will be handled promptly. It didn’t not make our stay any less comfortable. I’d stay there again. »

« While this hotel has been doing some renovation, they have done everything to ensure customers are not impacted. The updates are great and very appealing. The staff, especially Nadina on the night shift. Hampton should be proud to have this Stockbridge Hotel as part of their chain. »

« The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But there was a broken tile in the bathroom, right in front of the sink, that would stick to your foot and come up whenever you stepped on it. Not a big deal, but irritating. At check-in, even though I paid for the room when I booked, they wanted a $100 cash-only deposit that I was not told about beforehand. I rarely carry cash. The ATM in their lobby wasn't working and the desk clerk insinuated that I didn't have the money in my account. I had to...

« The building was not well maintained especially on the outside. The pool was not filled and what water was there was green. There was trash all around the building which didn’t seem to get picked up. We were in a non-smoking room, but a few doors down from a smoking room and it was horrible. It smelled like pot smoke but the staff insisted it was not. Depending upon who you got, the staff could be either helpful or not. The older man was not friendly or helpful at all.
