« Great spot to stay in Edmonton! Perfect location (and easy parking) and near schools with playgrounds and was nice and safe at night! « The unit was clean, bright and convenient. It was also stocked with absolutely everything we needed!! Having a garage to park in was a very nice bonus and saved us from having to clean off our vehicle. There was parking on street for our other vehicle and it was close to the unit. Will definitely stay here again. The only uncomfortable thing was the couch when we were just hanging out, it maybe needs replacing but that’s a small inconvenience. We will be recommending this place to others. »

« We liked the location and apartment itself. But we did not have heat for two days. The contact kept saying they were raising heat but it didn’t work. Remote heat not a good idea.The couch needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs are filthy.There is a step up to place from front and back which should have at least reflective paint or tape for nighttime. Almost tripped! Upstairs tenants can be noisy. »

« If I could give ZERO stars I would. We didn’t even get to stay here. They scammed us!!!! 700 bucks. I got every confirmation email you can think of, payment requests, address day of, everything checked out until we showed up to check in and they said they double booked us both of nights! Said there were guests in there but everything was locked up and empty! Then they gave us a number to call and the first thing they asked is credit card number so we couldn’t even get through to them! We were...

« When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here! »
