« I worked online on the first day. It was cold in the AM in the basement suite with no baseboard heaters or space heaters. I let management know and I think they cranked up the heat. By midday, the temp was fine.There was a weird smell (sewage?) that emerged on Sunday. I couldn't tell where it was coming from.They rent out the upstairs and I got woken up at 1:30am on Sat night by the guests.It was a cheap price so I think the price matched the quality. No frills, but it got the job done. »

« Good location for shops and food nearby. Very clean and Char was great. She kept us informed and let us know we could reach her if need be but she didn’t hover. Excellent stay! »

« We liked the location and apartment itself. But we did not have heat for two days. The contact kept saying they were raising heat but it didn’t work. Remote heat not a good idea.The couch needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs are filthy.There is a step up to place from front and back which should have at least reflective paint or tape for nighttime. Almost tripped! Upstairs tenants can be noisy. »

« When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here! »
