★ This property is a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, and you are currently viewing the 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom option. You’ll have exclusive access to the entire home, with the exception of the 4th and 5th bedrooms and their accompanying bathroom.
★ If you’d like to enjoy full access to all 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms during your stay, an additional fee of $40 per day will apply, along with an extra $50 cleaning fee on top of the standard cleaning rate.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app. Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry.

The house is nestled in the tranquil and friendly residential neighborhood of Cottonwood, AZ. Located in the `heart` of Arizona and the heart of wine country, Cottonwood is ideally situated above the heat of the desert and below the cooler temperatures of Arizona’s high country.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking spots. We recommend that you have a car at your disposal, as it will allow you to easily explore many natural beauties around Cottonwood.

Please note that while our outdoor pool is serviced every Monday, its natural location means that bugs or leaves may occasionally fall into the water. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the serene environment that our property offers.

Also, refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.

★ PET-FRIENDLY FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE of $100 ★
Bring your furry friends along for the exciting vacation. They’ll enjoy and run around the spacious outdoor area.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the neighborhood and keep the noise volumes down, especially after 9 PM.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 5% deduction to cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and on the patio.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- For Pet lovers, we welcome up to 2 small furry friends for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 2 dogs, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damage.
- If you leave something behind, we’d be happy to mail it back for a $30 fee, in addition to the shipping costs, to cover retrieval and handling.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
