The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en suite shower room, dressing room and Smart TV. The second bedroom has a double bed, and bedroom three has twin beds. Family bathroom with overhead shower.
The spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area complete with breakfast island is a great place to spend time relaxing together. The modern kitchen has all mod cons including coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Enjoy movie nights in front of the large Smart TV, whilst others play on the combined pool table/table tennis/diner or the retro arcade games machine with 100s of classic games on. The large decking area outside is perfect for taking in the stunning Yorkshire countryside. Here you can relax in the comfy rattan seating or dip into your private hot tub which is under a tilt and turn gazebo so you can use in all weather! Step down onto the private grass area now featuring our signature cabana day bed. Set within a woodland clearing, our new children’s play area includes swings, a trim trail, and picnic benches — perfect for relaxed family time outdoors. We also offer a new secure pet exercise field, allowing dogs to enjoy safe, off-lead play in a dedicated enclosed space, which has quickly become a guest favourite.
Raywell is ideally located for exploring East Yorkshire. The historic town of Beverley is just a short drive away, while the East Yorkshire coast offers beaches and scenic walks. York and Lincoln provide culture, history, and shopping, and Kingston upon Hull (8 miles away) is home to excellent museums, The Deep Aquarium, and a vibrant city scene.
