« The owners was easy enough to deal with and the location was great but the description is not accurate. There is no washer dryer and the fence is broken so no fences in yard. I would say the house was worn, a table leg fell out, the sprayer was broken, the bathtub needs to be caulked among other things. What bothered me most was there were locks on the outside of the bedroom doors so you could be locked into your room. »

« The only big issue was that the VRBO listing gave us the wrong address. It sent us to Scarborough instead of Saco. Luckily we were familiar with the area and I knew that Saco was close to Old Orchard Beach, which was mentioned in the listing, so I did a google map search of the same address in Saco and it looked like the pictures. My elderly parents were relieved that we didn’t get scammed. Lol. The place was clean and large and easy to get on the highway. It’s 2 and a half baths, not 3 full...

« We had a wonderful stay in that house. Very well situated (walking distance from Kennebunkport center in a calm residential spot), the house is incredibly charming and cozy, with a "rustic chic" vibe, super clean and well equiped. The host is exceptionnaly fast to answer questions and to be sure that everything is OK and that we enjoy the stay, with tons of little details / attentions for us. « Wouldn't stay again. Lots of spiders at night left all of us uneasy. Killed four around bedtime then 2 more in the morning. One loud window AC unit in one BR. Other BR and common areas had no AC - they were muggy and warm. None of us slept well. Longer than expected drive to Portland, despite short distance on the map. Waze directions are not accurate, use other map apps. »
