« Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets and towels stained, and floors were not clean. We found wet towels in the washing machine from the previous occupants. Had to rewash ourselves. 5 roaches crawled out from under the kitchen base cabinets. Coffee pot didn't work and kitchen accessories were a mess. Also were unable to open rear sliding glass door. We had friends staying in units in the same community and their units had been updated and were clean. I would not recommend this condo for...

« The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. « The accommodation has an excellent location, truly close to everything -restaurants, shops, beaches, food trucks, Ala Moana and waikiki- which makes getting around very easy and convenient. It is also very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay -beach gear, a coffee maker with coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergents and cleaning supplies- and the building itself offers great amenities, including a pool and a laundry room.The only downside is the air...
