« Wonderful place to stay for a break in St Ives. Booking and access made easy by the owner who is a great communicator and very kindly allowed us to book an extra night due to travel problems. The Cobbles was absolutely spotless, cosy and comfortable. Perfect for access to beaches, harbour and shops and cafes/ restaurants in down along area. « Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. »
