« The exact location was a little tricky but Karl was a phone call away to assist. The building was safe and close to everything, but it’s in need of repairs and updating. The apartment itself met our expectations for the price paid. Loved the balcony to watch sunsets and the hip strip. My family loved the fact that the beach was across the street and dining out was walkable. I would definitely book this place again, only about 10mins to the airport. »

« The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again »

« We go to Jamaica yearly for Reggae Month; this is the longest time I’ve stayed in Jamaica- an entire month. We normally stay in all-inclusive hotels, but this time we wanted to stay longer in a villa for a bit more privacy. Patiently waiting, the villa was everything. we expected and more. Chris, the manager, and Alvin, the owner, were the perfect hosts; we couldn't ask for any more, and the villa was perfect and great value for money. »

« I had money missing in my apartment after the cleaner had been in. She also made herself at home and sat down with us for a chat and imposed on our personal space and privacy. She also asked if she could eat our sweets and opened them and ate some of them. Never got the money back but was reported to the manager just so that she knows that we had the money missing. The money was there before she cleaned our room. »

« My overall stay was lovely. Other than few technical issues which the host sorted once he was informed. Communication with the host was effective he’s always available whenever I call, the location could be more clearer and a sign with the name of building should be visible. »

« My large group had a wonderful time; the property was spacious and beautiful, we loved the pool, & everyone was so helpful and accommodating (Joy, Frank the chef, Howard the driver). I would definitely stay here again! »

"Nous avons d'abord été installés dans une chambre sur un étage dont les chambres étaient encore en construction. La nôtre n'était pas prête à recevoir des clients car le grand ménage après construction n'avait pas été fait et des items manquaient dont les coussins sur les chaises! Les blocs 6,7 et 8 donnent sur la scène de spectacles et ceux-ci durent jusqu'à 22h30 même plus! Difficile de dormir même avec des bouchons. Le ménage de la chambre laisse à désirer : le patio n'a pas été balayé durant notre séjour et les portes patio jamais lavées depuis on ne sait quand tant il y a de traces de mains! Ils y a un problème avec leur système d'eau car parfois une odeur d'égout envahi la chambre de manière persistante. Autre déception. Seuls 4 restaurants à la carte sont accessibles du côté famille et généralement seuls 3 sont ouverts à la fois. Aucun accès possible avec un enfant aux autres restos! Pour les enfants... 13 ans et plus pour le gaming room. Resto sportif : 13 ans. Aucune salle d'arcade ou jeux sauf pour les touts petits au kids club. En bas de 13 ans le bracelet ne permet pas d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre... contraignant! Les glissades d'eau sont bien mais petites. Peu attrayantes pour notre fille de 10 ans...Pour les plus petits super water park! En général personnel très avenant et patient à quelques exceptions de nonchalance près ! Plage plus que moyen. Beaucoup de roches. Ascenseur souvent brisés plusieurs jours. Bref,décevant pour un 5 étoiles!"
