« I ended up needing to book alternative information as 10 hours prior to bag drop I had not received any information.Very disappointing as I booked in January for travel in April & the issue was allegedly the payment which delayed my reviving the information however I was never contacted about any issues. Ended up needing to book alternative accomodation so I could still sightsee/do booked activities & drop off bags somewhere »

« We had a great stay. The rental was clean comfortable, and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and walkable to the train. If I find myself in the Netherlands again, I will absolutely stay here again. »

This was a very unsafe situation (there is a lock on the door of the bedroom though). The window leaked, the rain flooded the windowsill and dripped on the floor. « Positives: 1. Can’t beat the locations 2. Breakfast was good 3. Room was spacious 4. Beds very comfortable Negatives: 1. They sent the wrong wifi information which required emails to sort out. If I didn’t have a data plan this would have been quite problematic 2. Shower has great water pressure but the water does not get hot enough for it be enjoyed 3. Room was cold and damp and heater in the room did not work »

« Leider kam ich nicht ins Appartment, da der Serl-Checkin nicht funktionierte und ich vor der Tür stand. Leider fehlte in der Beschreibung die Info, dass der Self-Checkin nach 22 Uhr nicht mehr möglich ist. Also Achtung, war eine unangenehme Erfahrung mitten in der Nacht ohne Appartment dazustehen. Nun habe ich auch noch langatmige Diskussionen mit dem Vermieter, dass das Geld erstattet wird. Den Kurzurlaub hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt. »
