« Too noisy. Rooms near lift get noise from the mechanical system of the list. Other rooms noise all night from a construction site right nextdoor. Struggled to get decent rest. Room had so many signs of degradation. Bottom of door badly damaged...holes in net curtains...marks on desk. Have to go out in the street to get into the breakfast room even though there is a door from reception. Was disappointed overall »

« Beautiful little cottage in gorgeous scenic surrounds. Enjoyed standing on the balcony watching the roos. Unfortunately we were only there for a weekend and wish we had more time to explore. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms can get quite warm despite the fan and aircon. »

« Understood there was external bathroom but it was unsafe and not particularly clean. Pathway to there unstable. Poor lighting nowhere to put belongings. Understood no air but no windows to open no no door could be left open and gauze curtain over door not ideal. No fresh air especially on extremely hot day and night. Bed very soft. Powerchords everywhere. Reviews were very good so we were disappointed and uncomfortable. Chairs extremely uncomfortable . »

« great location however downstairs has definite damp musty smell , kitchen has no freezer for ice for drinks long life milk avail for tea coffee , no toaster but a sandwich press is available no oven , no stove top m/wave only really cant cook up a meal , just reheat was ok for our short stay , maybe not for those wishing to prepare own meals staying a little longer upstairs great beds, comfortable 3 bedrooms , 1 bathroom serviceable quiet good value ,...
