My only concern was the unit number was missing from my confirmation so we had to call in to get that. Thankfully we got an answer right away! The other was the upstairs bathroom toilet seal needs replaced - it leaks and the ring around it was nasty. »

« The home is large and worked well for our friends. Host was awesome and responded quickly with questions, and property is as described. Recommendation: If you plan to cook for your large group, the kitchen had only basics in cook and bakeware. You'll need a cutting board, sheet pans, larger pots and skillets and any spices or oils as there were none, luckily there was a Walmart within 5 minutes. »

« I would give a complete 5 instead of 4 for overall, but I had to reclean the master bathroom on arrival. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely do it again. »

« This house was overall a nice place but there was something’s that did stand out to us that people should know before booking here. Most of the beds are rock hard, could have been cleaner, game room is every hot it has no ac, water gets very cold if multiple people are showering, the lower room does not get as cold as the rest of the house so if you get hot at night this will not be good for you. Also all the names of my guest were not given to the front gate so that was an inconvenience for us....

« Nice quiet neighborhood just outside of Rosemary Beach. Comfortable home for the 4 of us, but would easily accommodate more. A very nice walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this home for anyone! »

« Great property. A few issues that didn't bother us much but would be problematic for families cooking. Dishwasher not working...very little cutlery. Pots pans and utensils limited. »

« We enjoyed our stay in this huge house with plenty of bedrooms. The pool was bigger than I expected. However, our stay would have been better if they provided a good non-stick pan for making eggs and at least some salt and pepper. »

« Nice and clean, terrific Private Screened Pool area with lots of room to entertain. Short walk to a Private Beach, where there were very few people, just the opposite of going to Clearwater Beach, where we went Saturday and it was JAMMED with people. »
