« WoW comme hôtel tout était parfait! »

« Tout était parfait. »

« Had to wait and couldn't check in until a little after 4 PM. Water view room I reserved was replaced with pool view. Neighbors in adjacent room were noisy all night long for a number of nights even though we told guest services. Overall, a bit disappointing. »

« Clean rooms, spacious »

« It was almost perfect. The place was very clean. The staff were super friendly and professional. The only problem is that the shampoo and conditioner were out and I didn’t realize it until I was already in the shower. I purposely didn’t buy any the night before because I saw there were pumps of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom but then the next morning when I went to use it, I realized that the bottles were empty (you can’t tell until you go to pump them). That was my only discrepancy. »

« Accommodation for the cell phone, slave, soccer family »
