« This place is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The place has mini splits in both rooms. Perfect size for 2 couples. The property manager communicated with me very well and even answered my call when I got lost. The beds are actually full size not king, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the back sliding door doesn’t slide. »

« Definitely the most unpleasant vrbo stay, had to leave early as apartment was flooding through the windows. There were several roaches found. The bed skirts were dirty and stained from previous flooding. There was as mold on the back of the curtains from previous flooding near windows. we had to use all the towels to stop the flooding. Building staff was nice but building is very outdated. Elevators were small and only accommodate 3 at a time. Owner only gave a refund for days we did not stay,...

« The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily. »
