« This was a scam listing! The host never got back to me and the location of the property was not clear. Once I got to the property they offered me a room at a higher price than negotiated. It felt like a scam. I do get a refund back. »

« This place is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The place has mini splits in both rooms. Perfect size for 2 couples. The property manager communicated with me very well and even answered my call when I got lost. The beds are actually full size not king, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the back sliding door doesn’t slide. »

« The apartment was well situated, close to shops and restaurants and a short uber drive to grocery stores. The view of the ocean was one of the reasons for us selecting this place. It is also in a very quiet neighborhood where you definitely feel safe walking around. Next time we decide to come back to Cancun this will be at the top of the list for places to stay. »

« The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily. »

« Bel appartement très récent et aménagé avec goût. Avec ascenseur et terrasse avec piscine sur le toit. Idéal quand il y a trop de sargasses, ce qui est malheureusement fréquent. Vue dégagée sur la mer avec soleil le matin. L’après-midi, l’ombre est bienvenue. Le seul point un peu décevant est que pour accéder à la plage, il faut contourner le long mur de l’école située en face. Sinon, quartier résidentiel tranquille, sans bar bruyant, à 10 minutes à pied du centre, où l’on se sent en sécurité....
