« La piscine de l'hôtel est préemptée par le club de sport à n'importe quel moment, obligeant les clients de l'hôtel à sortir de la piscine. C'est scandaleux. Aucune mention n'est faite par l'hôtel sur le fait que la piscine est partagée et parfois inutilisable. »
