« We really enjoyed our stay at Jenny's home. The location is great with access to the beautiful lagoon walking track available immediately at the rear of the house. Also, the house is close to Waikanae Beach and the Waikanae River Inlet. This beach is one of the best on the Kapiti Coast. We appreciated the prompt and welcoming attitude of Jenny and the fact that our Bordie Collie dog was allowed to stay with us. « It was wonderful. It was a late night arrival after a stormy drive and such a pleasant welcoming. Too cold to try the pool. We were greeted by the owners upon arrival and also saw them when leaving who were very pleasant to chat with, as was the dog that carried a rubber boot around. Everything was modern and easy to use. Of the highlights were the home made bread along with jam and fresh farm eggs left for us, and awaking to see lambs just outside the windows with cattle not far in the pasture....
