« Wow, what a spot! We absolutely adored our two nights hear, close enough to key Kapiti Coast locations to have everything we need but far enough away to enjoy the most idyllic escape from city life. We loved the outdoor space, the full kitchen with everything we needed, and the incredible surrounding property - we hope to visit again! Thanks so much Barry and Deb (and thank you for the delicious limes!) »

« This is a fabulous cottage. Just perfect for our wee getaway weekend. Great location to the township. Easy to find. Plenty of pots and pans, plates, kitchen utensils and supplies. Lovely fire. Very clean and cosy. »

« The location of the bach is perfect, close to the beach and with the forest on your doorstep. Close to the dairy and the local restaurant too.The bach is amazing, clean, well appointed, having a fire was also great. Kim is a great communicator. We are about to book the next mini break here :) »

« Such a nice stay here at The Castle, nice quiet location and beautifully decorated with everything one needs, even a dishwasher. The very comfy bed and wide opening sliding doors were much appreciated, well done! »

« A relaxing vibe. It was hot so a lot of time was spent in the pool. The kids were easy to watch, and didn’t want to go anywhere else. The dog loved it. The supermarket was close and the BBQ was used each night. The wisteria provided shade and the stars were glorious. 5/5 from us. Thanks for sharing your magical place - much appreciated »

« This place was amazing! We had been quite busy travelling around and seeing the sights of NZ and really needed a little time to recharge and relax and this was the perfect place to do it! Such a pretty cottage with everything we needed. Loved sitting outside listening to the birds and enjoying the seclusion. Great place and the host was so helpful and considerate. Would heartily recommend. »

« Charlie was the best - what breed is he? Loved the bath and fireplace and the character of the place. Enjoyed playing guitar on the porch, going for walks with our new friend and using the well equipped kitchen. Would love to return. »

« The place was great for a family stop over for a couple of days to visit Kapiti island.Very comfortable! »

« It was spot on for our needs, clean, comfortable and quiet. Host's were extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay....will be returning when the need arises.....top notch. »

"Personne à la réception à mon arrivée. Il faut téléphoner et attendre... Récupération des clefs, j'arrive dans la chambre, inondation dans la cuisine et la salle de bains. Il faut retéléphoner et attendre encore. La personne vue pour la clef appelle une autre personne, il faut encore et toujours attendre. Nettoyage de l'eau au sol avec une serviette de toilette, puis du frigo avec la même serviette !!. Je refuse cette chambre et demande une chambre sans fuite. Du coup, je suis à l'étage, dans une chambre toute petite, sans cuisine, avec la vaisselle dans le lavabo, bonjour l'hygiène."
