« This was the 2nd time that I stayed at this property, first time where I was the renter. The property owners are super nice and we're great to work with. The location was perfect for us and our objective. They have a dock on the water and we fished of it as well. Looking forward to our next visit »

« We are so thankful to have found such an amazing place to spend a weekend away with our 2 dogs. We all had a wonderful time. The place was perfect, great location, anything you could need was there. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked another trip here. »

« My buddy and I stayed four nights. I brought my dog. Upon entering I immediately noticed dog dishes, dog bed, and milk bones. Plus thankfully dog bags, needed those immediately and had forgotten them. The place was clean organized well set up kitchen, all nice towels and linens. Being right at the beach access was great for walks and surf fishing. We made use of a couple of beach chairs. Added a couple rod holders to share and for potential future use.Could not have been happier with this...

« There needs to be more glasses in both areas. There definitely needs to be wine glasses...there were absolutely no glasses appropriate for wine. Clearly, people rent both sides: one side had all the plates, the other side had more than its share of pots. Very frustrating. (We did try to leave with both sides equally distributed with glasses and dishes.) Honestly, if every bed is filled, there are not enough dishes for everyone. That said, we did enjoy the cottages. « We just had our wedding on the point and this house was perfect! We had our entire wedding party stay with us and a few extra friends and we had plenty of space. House was clean and the views were unbeatable. 100 person wedding and the house was perfect for hosting. Can’t recommend enough »

« Everything was wonderful from the book g to checking out. The house was even prettier in person. It was so convenient to the beach, restaurants, and everywhere we wanted to visit. We had a great time and will definitely visit again. »

« Great location, just across from beach access. Excellent choice for 2 adults and a dog quick weekend getaway. Only minor complaint is supplies are pretty bare bones. If you plan to cook, suggest bringing anything you may need. »

« The house is all updated and was perfect for our family! The downstairs apartment suited the "older folks" while the young adults had their run of the rest of the house. The house was in a great location just a short walk to the public access to the beach. « Friends for over 40 years , 10 of us gathered at this home for a wedding in Beaufort. Wonderfully decorated home with superb layout for multiple conversations areas . Beds were all very comfortable , and I loved the artwork and light fixtures . Very tastefully done . Having that many folks under one roof is always concerning and it flowed beautifully . « We enjoyed our stay. The owners were easily accessible for any issues.The back yard area is nice as it is very scenic, peaceful and private (there are neighbors next door, but separated by a high fence). Great place for the dog, and we loved throwing the net out for bait fish.It is convenient to everything. »

« Perfect cottage, beautifully designed and decorated. Located in a tranquil area within walking distance to several restaurants. Ocean front with beach access steps away from the cottage porch. LOVED our stay here and will be back soon. »

« Although the weather did not cooperate for our weeklong stay, we still had a wonderful time. The home is amazing! Great location. Internet was difficult due to multiple storms but Stephan responded quickly. He was very helpful and easy to access. Spectrum services were limited with recovery but storms were frequent. Only suggestion is to bring your own pillow. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Perfect family vacation. »

« Nestled in trees gives a privacy to the property! The walk to the beach was approximately 2-3 minutes and the beach was not crowded at all. Neighbors were very friendly and talkative. The kids enjoyed playing basketball and table tennis while waiting on the old folks ! 2 coffee makers was a pleasant surprise for those with different tastes. We will stay again ! »
