« We had a lovely stay at the Cozy Coop! We were in town for my daughter and her friends livestock show in Paso Robles so we were extremely busy and were only able to enjoy short periods of time here but the location is absolutely beautiful, the rental is extremely clean, cozy and cute! We loved the 90's chicken aesthetic feel. Super cozy! The chickens were so awesome and fancy! We have our own chickens at home so it felt very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. « Super clean, modern, well stocked with everything we needed for a meal in. Fantastic location with easy walking to great restaurants, the beach, marina, etc. Would definitely return here. »

« We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to the area and we were so pleased with the location. It was so easy to get to State Street and all of the fun things Santa Barbara has to offer! There is also a B Cycle rack just out the door which made it convenient to jump on a bike and enjoy the city! The accommodations were fresh, clean, and just perfect! We plan to return soon! »

« Loved the property and the room was perfect. Location was two blocks off State St and so quiet! Easy to walk everywhere from the beach, Funk Zone, shopping and restaurants. The room had everything we needed with thoughtful touches like a first aid kit and white noise machine. The room was very nicely decorated and looked brand new. Very happy with our stay! »

« Very clean. Meticulous attention to detail with regard to bedding, towels, coffee maker, soaps and other related hardware. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, bars and the Pacific Ocean beaches and harbor. »

« Loved the property. Clean, remodeled, spacious, and a full kitchen. Rooftop deck area was awesome to have. Walkable to so many things including the Wharf, beach, and restaurants. Would stay here again for sure. »

« Great location, biking/walking distance from train to funk zone to State Street. We even biked to the Santa Barbara Bowl for a concert and utilized free bike valet. Great vacation spot! »

« This VRBO was beautifully situated on a hill with valley and an ocean view, The room was clean, the host lovely and warm. The bed was so comfy! We slept well! We were met by Sena who oriented us to the property, then later by Mindy, the host. It was VERY quiet and private. You couldn’t walk into town but it was a short 5-10 minute drive into Santa Barbara. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine provided by Mindy and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The kitchen had what we needed, small but...

« Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay! »

« Welcomed by fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and simple access to property and room. Easy to get to and close to town yet feels like its removed from the hustle and bustle.Templeton is a wonderful town, easily missed by us in many previous trips to the area. The location of this ranch is perfect for visiting Templeton, Paso Robles and Tin City. »
