« What a great stay we had over the weekend! The property was exactly what we were looking for, it's great for our family of 4. The only complaint we had was that the property is a little outdated. The window in the loft did not stay open so it was very warm up there. The shower upstairs was leaking from the shower head, so we just used the downstairs shower and the battery in the smoke alarm in the bedroom kept beeping because it needed to be changed. « Had a wonderful stay for a weekend family retreat with adult children and our dog. The place was well furnished with quality bedding and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices and treats. Location was central and convenient with the Arroyo Grande village nearby, Trader Joe's, and freeway access to hikes, golfing, and beach. It was nice having a small backyard for our dog. Complex was very quiet. Electric car charger was a definite bonus. Would love to come back for another stay. »

« We stayed in this lovely condo for 3 nights. Both my husband and I are kind of neat freaks/germaphobes and usually won't walk barefoot in hotels/condos....but we did! This condo was soooo neat and clean. We opened the door to a bright airy condo in perfect condition with the sounds of the ocean as white noise in the background. The host, Nicole text me throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The electricity went out and she checked on us, thankfully we were just getting ready...
