Villa al Parco Antico - Vista nel Verde is an elegant two-level terraced house, recently renovated and designed for those seeking a relaxing holiday, privacy, and connection with nature.

Located in the exclusive setting of Villa al Parco Antico, in the heart of Albarè di Costermano sul Garda, the villa welcomes you among the estate's centuries-old olive and tree groves, offering a rejuvenating view of nature just minutes from the beaches of Garda and Bardolino.

The entrance is through a lovely private garden, furnished with a dining table for enjoying al fresco meals and equipped with a charcoal barbecue, perfect for spending pleasant evenings with friends.

Upon entering the home, you enter the spacious and bright living area, consisting of a living room and dining room. Further along, you reach the fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need for cooking. On the same floor, there is also a practical and functional bathroom with laundry area.

The stairs lead up to the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms are furnished with large king-size beds (180x200 cm), while the third has a comfortable French double bed (140x200 cm), ideal for one or two people. A second full bathroom is located on the same floor, serving both bedrooms. From the upper floor you can enjoy the view of the olive grove and the adjacent forest, which provides a cool breeze even on summer evenings.

Thanks to its strategic location, just minutes from the beaches of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo, it is the ideal starting point for nature lovers. Vista nel Verde is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, history, and the beauty of Lake Garda.

The house is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.), and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM require a mandatory €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax in cash.
