Your apartment has everything you need to relax including a queen sized bed, fully stocked kitchenette, couch with tv, and a private hot tub overlooking the creek.

Community and Shared Spaces: Please note that this rental is one of three others on the same property. Because this unit has shared walls there are no pets allowed. The patio area with the fire pit and hot tub are exclusive to this specific unit. However, the pond area and brick oven are shared by all guests.

Heat and AC Advisory: This unit DOES have central heat and air. It was once part of the main house and was recently partitioned off as a private unit with a private entrance. The central HVAC unit still blows into the rental, but the thermostat is located in the main house. We are in the process of having a separate HVAC unit installed in the rental, but for now guests will not have access to turn the temperature up or down. The main thermostat is kept at a comfortable setting, and the rental is stocked with portable heaters and a ceiling fan so guests can further alter the temperature.
