Private 1-bedroom basement apartment within walking distance of OSU campus.

This newly remodeled, private basement, studio apartment is centrally located in Corvallis, and less than a mile from OSU campus. It's the perfect location for a visit to Oregon State University, Corvallis and the surrounding areas. We are within walking distance of the University Campus and a short drive to Downtown Corvallis. The Oregon Coast is only an hour away, and many hiking and mtn biking trails are within a few miles.

The space

This private basement studio has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. A well stocked kitchenette, comfortable queen size bed, cozy electric fireplace and a flat screen TV.

We do live upstairs, so you will hear us from time to time and are available if you should need us.

Guest access

Guests will have their own designated parking spot on the right side of the driveway and a private entrance. Please remember that this is a basement studio apartment, so guests must be able to navigate the outside stairwell and steps.

Other things to note

There are 2 cats that live on the property and are indoor/ outdoor. They do not ever enter the basement rental, however, so please do not let them in, even if they ask nicely!

The basement is the coolest part of the house in the summertime. It stays a perfect temperature even on the hottest of days. While not air-conditioned, it sure feels like it. Likewise, it retains heat well during the winter and is a cozy place to rest.
