Set in a panoramic position, with beautiful views over the countryside, Villa Mezza is a typical Tuscan farmhouse, with terracotta tiles and wooden beam ceilings, immersed amongst old olive trees. With the town of Cortona at just 4km, it is within easy reach of restaurants, shops, etc.

The independent villa develops over two floors.

On the ground floor, we find a living area with sitting and dining room with kitchenette and large fireplace and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, we have a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is the possibility of adding a single bed in the bedroom or the sitting room.

Outside, we have a beautiful garden, with private swimming pool (6 x 35.m; 0.6 – 1.5m deep) with sun lounges and umbrella and a covered gazebo in front of the house, equipped with table and chairs.

Facilities: microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, American coffee machine, highchair, mosquito nets, two fans, hairdryer, barbecue, washing machine, pizza oven, Wi-Fi Internet, pets allowed.
