Ed was able to get me a ride to and from the airport and also a taxi to take me all around the city. There is a AC and TV in every room and also a private pool with a TV in the back. « This was by far our worst rental experience. The house was dirty on arrival — dusty floors, filthy bathrooms — and the caretaker offered to clean it privately for an extra fee. The Wi-Fi didn’t work because the host hadn’t paid the provider, and it was cut off again before checkout with no response from the host.We booked for 11 people but only received 8 towels. « My extended family spent 6 wonderful nights at this house. The place was kept very clean by the staff, and the food was prepared to perfection. Many thanks to Estella, Erika and Carlos. Also Wiulson was a fun guide and did a great job organizing outings for all 12 of us. We had grandkid 5-8 years old and they had a blast in the pool scene. « The staff at Buenavista made this a great vacation. They work very hard to make sure you are comfortable, well fed and you have everything you need. The Chef prepared 3 fabulous meals a day. The owner will contact you prior to arrival to see food preferences and go to the store. Just know that you need to have cash to pay for the groceries upon arrivall. « Jackie was an amazing host! She gave us good recommendations of things to do and places to avoid as well. She was very good on helping when it was needed for things with the house. Like garage fence got stuck or we ran out of gas and they quickly changed the propane tank. She was very welcoming and very responsive! The house is beautiful! Rooms are nice and spacious! The family enjoyed the pool a lot! Definitely recommend! And hope to go back again. »
