This home consists of 3 quiet bedrooms designed for a perfect night`s sleep. The layout includes a spacious master bedroom, a comfortable second double, and a cozy single room, making it ideal for families or small groups.

The ground floor features a bright and beautifully integrated open-plan layout, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Extending out from the main living space is a sun-drenched conservatory, a tranquil oasis perfect for curling up with a good book, enjoying an afternoon tea, or simply watching the changing light over the private garden.

Outside: Enjoy a private, enclosed garden patio, perfect for a glass of wine in the evening sun or an alfresco morning coffee.

Lacock Village (10 mins away): Just a short drive away is the famously preserved National Trust village of Lacock. Step back in time on its untouched streets and visit Lacock Abbey, which featured heavily as the corridors of Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films.
