« I never received any welcome info. I could not get hold of the host to get any info. Even vrbo customer service could not contact the host. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to staying there. »

« Messed up my reservation, didn't let me know. Lost a night for which I wasn't refunded although they offered to, and amenities were not at all as described in Expedia. There's no TV signal, TVs not pre-connected to wifi, no info on the password, gave me pass 3 options none worked. Pretty pics that don't live up to the actual experience. I'm never coming back. »

« We loved this property and I only wish we had more time. The host and the caretaker were responsive. Excellent bird watching in the mornings. Fresh guava to eat off the trees. We had two dinners at the farm next store and they were delicious! A lovely stay and my only wish is we had more time. Ricardo was super friendly and very helpful. A bit tricky to find but excellent directions. I hope to go back some day. »

« The house was well maintained and comfortable (we didn't spend a lot of time there, but the kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable) and the location was perfect for hiking Volcan Barva and starting our CR trip. The only issue we had was with the management company, Vacasa, who didn't communicate our arrival to the house manager, but otherwise it was perfect. »

« I stayed a couple of nights with friends, we only wanted a place to talk, play board games, cook some food and relax. This property was perfect for all that, with plenty of sitting areas. The bathroom was very nice, with plenty of space for large groups. The property was very clean and with a nice view. The only 2 things I will recommend the host to update are the couches (maybe a deep clean), they look dirty. The second thing is the futon (this was the 3rd bed), I slept there and it was not...

« The property was exactly what we wanted. It easily accommodated our group of eight. Nice weather with a breeze and cool at night. The property had plenty of room for the kids to run around. There were several dogs on the property that the kids loved. There is a barn next door with horses and a large selection of farm animals. The property was comfortable and great for kids. Carlos was a great host. We would definitely stay there again. »
