Welcome to Seas the Bay, your newly-built beach retreat in the heart of Old Town Port Aransas! This modern, custom-designed home is a dream come true for guests, boasting elevated coastal decor and thoughtful design throughout.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an oversized living area flooded with natural light, featuring stunning furnishings and breathtaking views from every angle. Catch the sunrise from the balcony or unwind on the deck as you watch the sunset paint the sky with hues of orange and pink.
Designed with your comfort in mind, Seas the Bay offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Whip up a delicious meal in the well-stocked kitchen while enjoying lively conversation at the island/bar area, which seats six comfortably. For outdoor dining, head downstairs to the spacious patio where you can dine al fresco under the stars.
The backyard is a true oasis! The stunning private, sparkling pool boasts a waterfall feature, ideal for afternoons of relaxing poolside lounging. But don't worry - there's endless fun to be had in the backyard! A poolside turf area offers a safe space for kids to play games. Adults will enjoy the shaded poolside patio, featuring seating and a bar.
After a day of exploring the town or lounging by the private pool, retreat to one of the beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 sits in the top floor loft and features 2 twin bunk beds. For guests who prefer to avoid stairs, Bedroom 4 serves as a pool casita/downstairs suite, offering a queen bed, mini fridge, and full bathroom.
With parking for four cars and boat parking allowed, Seas the Bay makes it easy to come and go as you please. Plus, with easy access to the beach and all the best dining, shopping, and entertainment that Port Aransas has to offer, you'll never be far from the action. This home's prime location puts you within walking distance of the beach (12 minutes) and the abundance of dining and shopping on S Alister St (5 minutes)!
Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heating is available upon request for $50 per day and requires 24–48 hours’ notice.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
