The home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests across four bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with both a shower and tub for a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. A bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed and trundle offers flexible sleeping for up to five guests—perfect for kids or groups of friends. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, providing cozy and comfortable accommodations for the rest of your group. A second full bathroom with a shower serves the additional bedrooms.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Be sure to inquire about discounted Winter Texan/Snowbird rates and long-term stay discounts!
- This home offers pool heating during the Winter months (October 1st - April 31st) at $75/night and must be added for the entirety of their stay. Guests are highly advised to reach out at least 48 hours in advance if they are interested.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Please note that we do not provide a pack 'n play or a high chair, but guests may reach out to Baby Quip for baby items.
- Please reach out if you are interested in renting a golf cart during your stay. Availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible for more information.
- Please note: During periods when city water restrictions are in place, rinse stations may not be available for guest use.

Parking Details:
- Spacious parking for up to 6 vehicles, with boat parking permitted.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
