This rare unit also offers a balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and watch the ships pass by or enjoy the breeze in the evenings with a fresh cocktail. Channelview is located in Old Town Port Aransas where you are just a quick golf cart ride or walk to local restaurants, shops, pubs and attractions that Port Aransas has to offer. Feel like dining in one night? There is a full kitchen to ensure you can whip up your favorite island style meal in no time. The primary bedroom has a King bed and twin. The second bedroom has a queen and twin. The third bedroom has a queen with a set of twin bunkbeds. This unit also provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. After a fun day on the beach and exploring the town, take a dip in the gorgeous HEATED community pool. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. Parking for 2 with required parking permits. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.
