Located at the Palmilla Beach Resort, enjoy lavish amenities including convenient beach access, two amazing swimming pools that are heated during winter months, links-style golf course, fitness center, and on-site dining.

The beautifully appointed living room is furnished with a sofa bed, two armchairs, and a smart TV with full house Sonos stereo system. An open Netflix account is available for viewing your favorite movies! The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for six, or perch at the island for three.

Sweet dreams await on a king bed in the primary suite, complete with a TV and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen and a twin bed and a cable TV. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy the fresh coastal air on two balconies. Overlooking the resort, the main balcony has multiple seating areas including comfy lounge furniture, firepit, grill, and a four-seat table. The second balcony can be accessed via the master suite boasting two tall Adirondack chairs.

Parking Notes: Parking is first come first serve around the building. Parking is not allowed in spots marked for other units, vacant lots or in private driveways. Designated 202 parking is reserved for owner. Towing is enforced. Boats and trailers are not permitted on-site; however, parking is available nearby. Please consult with the Palmilla Beach Guest Services for details.

Your wristbands provide access to an elegant resort-style pool (unheated and open year-round). Rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury. You’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach! During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.The newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course winds its way throughout the resort community. Carved from untamed dunes along the Gulf, this 9-hole course incorporates the best of links-style play with inspired greens and lush fairways. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, Black Marlin Seaside Grill, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and toys are provided.Elevators are available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
