Located in the popular Beachhead community, this 2-bedroom condo is the closest unit to the outdoor pool, perfect for visitors with small children. Relax on your deck while keeping an eye on the kiddos as they splash and play for hours. Nestled in the golden dunes of Mustang Island, the community offers sweeping views of the gulf no matter where you turn. If you’re in need to host an event, the complex even includes a lounge facility for up to 60 guests with a fully equipped kitchen – perfect for parties, weddings, or reunions. A private boardwalk will lead you down to the beach where you can spend the entire day lounging on the sand. Up for some competition? The onsite game room offers foosball and pool tables, where you can work up a sweat between refreshing swims. Better still? The spectacular sunrise you can catch every morning while sipping on a fresh cup of coffee. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms. The condo itself is on the third floor, two flights of stairs are required, and there is no elevator.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 full size beds, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Parking available for up to 1 vehicle in the carport labeled with the unit number, and another vehicle in the main lot in front of the entry lodge. Parking passes that are inside the unit must be placed on vehicles and returned at check-out.

• For long-term stays, additional cleaning fees may apply.

• Coin-operated laundry on-site.

• No pets! Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only.

• Unit quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM.

• The unit itself is on the third floor (ground floor is parking), and guests will need to walk up two flights of stairs. There is no elevator.

• Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. At least one guest aged 25+ must be present on-site for the entire stay, from check-in through check-out. A valid government-issued ID is may be required upon request after booking to verify compliance with this policy.
