There is a ton of space for your friends and family to spread out in this large custom-built home on a huge lot. It’s 4 bedrooms, 3 baths in total. One of the bedrooms is a mother-in-law suite with a private entrance and kitchenette.

Outside the private heated pool (*extra fee to heat the pool) and multiple expansive decks invite you to bask in the sun and enjoy the sound of ocean waves. After a long day at the beach, coming to relax by the pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens is the perfect way to unwind in the privacy of your own oasis.

This home is in a phenomenal location in a tranquil neighborhood right in the heart of Port A. It's in the legal "golf cart zone," which makes it easy to get to the beach and cruise around town in the complementary 6 seater Club Car golf cart. It sits on a large 1/2-acre lot, which is very rare for Port A, so when you’re outside enjoying the ocean breeze, you don’t feel like your neighbors are right on top of you.

You enter the home on the 2nd floor into the main living area. On this main floor is: Living room, kitchen, master suite (Bedroom #1), and Bedroom #2 with a queen bed. There is a full-sized bathroom just off Bedroom #2. The master suite has a king bed, luxury walk-in shower, double vanity, and soaking bathtub.

Bedroom #3 is located upstairs on the 3rd floor. This is a bunk room with a double bed, twin bed, and sleeper sofa.

Bedroom #4 is a mother-in-law suite located on the ground floor with its own private entrance. There is an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. It has a small living space with a king bed and sleeper sofa.

- The pool is very expensive to heat in terms of gas and electricity costs, so we charge $100 for the first day and $50 for each additional consecutive day. You don’t have to heat the pool for your entire stay, you can choose how many days you want it heated. We heat the pool to 90 degrees which is warm but not hot like a hot tub. We run the heater from 8 AM to 6 PM so it takes a few hours in the morning to get to temperature. The pool will stay warm into the evening for a few hours after the heater shuts off. Pool heating is only available between October and April.

- The bunk room (Bedroom #3) takes up the entire 3rd floor, so it is private from the rest of the house. However, there is no door to the bedroom, so sounds can travel between floors.

- The mother-in-law suite (Bedroom #4) has its own private entrance and is not directly connected to the rest of the house. So you have to walk outside to go between the mother-in-law suite and the main house.
