With seven bedrooms—including five master suites and two bunk rooms—and eight bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. Located on a corner lot in the exclusive Palmilla Resort & Golf Community, the property features direct beach access, a private heated pool, and all the comforts of a luxury resort.

Spread across four stylish floors and 6,000 square feet, the home boasts a gourmet chef’s kitchen, dining for 20, and a two-story tower with panoramic views of the ocean, golf course, dunes, and pond. A private detached king master casita includes a spa tub and double shower, offering a perfect retreat within the retreat. Every room is equipped with smart technology, luxury linens, Alexa, and upscale toiletries to enhance your stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous beach house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-kept everything was. We enjoyed everything about this property and our time here! The spacious family room and kitchen was our primary hangout with more than enough space for our group of 20! Plenty of space in the bedrooms, comfy beds and decor and individual bathrooms for each. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed - the industrial style coffee maker was awesome - now I need one for my home - we definitely will return and stay again.

This house is amazing ! The location allows easy access to the beach, guest services and dining. The house is equipped with everything you need for entertaining and the host was happy to answer any questions . All bedrooms were very comfortable. Excellent vacation get away home! This home was very clean, well designed with bathrooms for each bedroom and large enough for 20 people to not feel cramped or in one another’s space. The downstairs ping pong table was a huge unexpected bonus for the pre- teen boys. Many of the guests made comments as to how it was beautifully decorated and designed. Several people took copious amounts of photos and shared them with friends and family. It was a wonderful time of the year as the beach temperatures were amazing! The screened in area by the pool was perfect for our bar set up. If you are considering a large property to rent this one is amazing.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! Lucy was a fantastic host—she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were not only beautifully kept but incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax. There was so much to do in the area, from local attractions to just enjoying the stunning beach, which was only a short walk away. Every part of the stay was fantastic, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

Great house for a large group. We had out ch3 grown children and their families (8 grand children). Everything was great, except the elevator had problems to start with, the kitchen and family room was on the 3rd floor and the pool sweep was not keep the pool clean and in the way. The owner had asked us to keep it running so the poor would stay clean. There’s no ice maker for a home of this size.

Awesome property - the best property Manager

The home was awesome - Better than the pictures. I celebrated my 80th birthday with my family and we all had a great time. My daughter and I enjoyed the 3 master suits and I enjoy the penthouse suite Only complaint I had is that the wind was too strong which is out of their control. But that didn't stop us from have a great time. The golf cart was a plus and the community pool was very nice. I wish we had eaten at the restaurant. We also love the easy access to the beach. Susan the property manager was there whenever we needed her willing to assist. I highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for our large group of friends and had plenty of space for both sleeping and hanging out during the day. Lisa was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. Lots of space and pool was warm. Views great to see gulf as well as part of golf course. Easy to get around community. Fireworks visible in several areas from family room. Lots of seating for meals. Kitchen prep area a little tight for more than 2 cooks in the kitchen. Overall very spacious and great sight lines.

Special Anniversary stay with our gang!

We had to change our original plans for this trip in August, I found this home on VRBO and instantly knew it would work. Our 3 son & DIL's, as well as my husband and I, all like to have our space and this fit the bill! The home is also at the end of the road so the views were fabulous and all bedrooms have access to patios for chilling. We had a great time and hope to return again someday! Management was very responsive and the home was clean and welcoming.

Fabulous Farley Family Fun Thanksgiving at this beautiful home!!

Gorgeous property for our large group of 14! The home was exceptional in every way-from room to spread out, several balconies to sit and have coffee and watch/listen to the waves of the Gulf, to a completely decked-out kitchen! We take a big family trip every year for a holiday and this home in PORT ARANSAS outdid them all! The amenities of Palmilla were top-notch and we even participated in the island Turkey Trot. The concierge met us on arrival, gave us a "lay of the land" and was immediately receptive. Can't wait to go back!!
