  • Relax at a beautifully furnished townhome at Cinnamon Shore North. It’s near Town Center, humming with activities in peak season, and close to on-site eateries and the Dune Pool. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath beauty has everything you need!

    AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

    MAIN LIVING SPACE: Enter through the charming patio and head up the main living space located on the second floor. The open-concept plan brings everyone together, with kitchen, dining area and family room sharing the space. Beachy shiplap sets the scene, while a regal swordfish on the wall of the kitchen presides over the group.
    In-kitchen dining seats eight at a table surrounded by cane-back chairs with Chippendale design. After a meal together, relax around the flat-screen TV as you sink into soothing, driftwood gray sofas and seating. Step onto the balcony for prime views over the Town Center green, resting on wicker seating.

    SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first floor offers a spacious king bedroom and bathroom, along with two sets of built-in bunk beds along a wide hallway on the way to the stairwell. On the second floor, a second king bedroom and full bathroom accommodate more guests. The third floor offers a haven of a primary suite, with its own wet bar, a gorgeous bathroom with soaking tub and shower, and private balcony with birds-eye views of Town Center.

    GREAT FEATURES: Designer tilework selections, beachy artwork, and creative wallpaper choices elevate interiors. A laundry and storage area help you keep order during your vacation. In addition to Town Center, Dune Pool and eateries, you’ll be close to other amenities that include the fitness center, Market Street coffee shop, the Market for sundries and produce, and more. Plus, the beach is a stroll away!

Great visit back to Cinnamon Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family get away with 6 adults & 3 kids under 3 was great! Each family had their own floor. It was great having 2 washers & dryers! Somehow, I forgot to pack our beach towels - no worries, they had many available for us. After putting the little ones to bed, we enjoyed cocktails on the balcony while enjoying the live music down below. Beds were comfortable- will be back!

Concern with many issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not able to check into our Beach Bungalow because of work being done to the condo. We were assigned to the Loo-sea Goo-sea for one night. The three story townhome was terribly unsafe for our two young children. In addition, no credits or discounts were offered to us for the inconvenience of moving into the townhome one day and the next day having to move into the condo. The office worker offered assistance with moving, but we did not want to spend the rest of the week trying to figure out where everything was. The whole experience was difficult. The manager Amanda gave us a $50 gift card, however with a group of 19, a $50 gift card was not helpful to offset the overall cost of eating at one of the restaurants, so we decided to just use it at the gift shop before we left. After selecting a couple shirts, so we could use the $50, at checkout, we were told that the gift card was not accepted at the gift shop, only at the restaurants. We were charged a cleaning fee when we exited the townhome and another when we exited the condo, although we would have only had one cleaning fee if our first condo was ready when we arrived.I would also like to outline the challenges with the Beach Bungalow T2305 in case I don't get another survey. On the second day, the air conditioner stopped working. Although a technician repaired it, we continued to have trouble with it the whole time. The last night the refrigerator stopped cooling and the freezer stayed cold, but not enough to keep everything frozen. The key pad was not dependable. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not work. The elevator in 2 TownCenter was not working when we arrived, got repaired, and then stopped working again during our visit. The last morning the handle on the outside of the front door fell off.After all these challenges, I would expect some type of monetary discount on our stay. 10 percent would not seem unreasonable and that would be $400.

Cleaning failed to clean up after prior guests.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've rented this unit several times. Housekeeping or prior guests dropped the ball this time. There was a dog bed still snuggled up to the Primary Bed (some animal hair, mainly cats, causes allergic reaction). I would think this would've been locked up by owners or their guests. Prior guest must have left shrimp or fish bait in the frig as every time we opened the frig the whole kitchen smelled of rotten bait. Cleaning should have changed frig filter or done a better job of removing the smell. (Slight understanding of hurricane coming but they could've done better with cleaners). Bath mat in Primary had dog print sand left for our use.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time , having said that we requested an early check in. Our unit was not occupied the day prior to our arrival, but was told we could not get in at 11:00 when we arrived but got a call one hour later stating it was ready and a $200.00 early check in was applied. We when walked in the unit it was quite warm so we turn all the AC units down. The upstairs never cooled , called the office to advise and no one arrived until later the following day. Later that day it finally kicked in and cooled before bedtime. Door handle on one closest was hanging missing a screw. I contacted the office to request an adjustment since the upstairs was non livable due to the heat only to be told basically too bad.. very disappointing!!CS is very nice family enjoyed. Just wish CS staff would have been more helpful to make an adjustment for out inconvenience. I’m sure this will never get posted and sure none from CS will reach out to me.

Fantastic Rental at Cinnamon Shores!

My only two suggestions would be to supply the unit with a large nonstick skillet and possible rebalance the HVAC as guest in 2nd story room was cold while the first story guests where hot. Other than that it's a delightful retreat and I will surely rent this unit again!

Disappointed . I called to make sure there was no construction

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and our rental was not ready at 4:00 as promised. We got to our unit and there were about 20 construction workers smoking And drinking in front of our condo . It was extremely unsettling. We are happy to pay for cinnamon shores but we expect higher standards. The next two mornings we had guys smoking by our deck.. no coffee on the deck. The topper was the music was blaring all day . The manager said they went to check and the volume wasn’t too loud .. my windows were vibrating so I beg to differ.
