Please keep in mind that since you are on an island, there may be a lot of mosquitoes and other pests at certain seasons of the year. Every month, a professional pest control agency treats our properties.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
- An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.
- Parking for 2 cars max. The community has a parking lot for guest use. Only 1 assigned parking spot is given. Other vehicles will need to be in the overflow available parking spots. The second parking spot would need to be in overflow it's a first serve basis.
- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. Winter Texan Rate: November 1-March 1 at $2500 monthly + fees..

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 5 in Port Aransas.
We are open 9am-5pm Monday - Sat and 10am-3pm on Sunday. We also provide 24/7 guest support.
