SLEEPING QUARTERS: Three beautifully designed king bedrooms and a top-floor bunk room retreat welcome you and your guests. Of two first-floor king bedrooms, one opens to the porch and to a handsome bathroom with hall access too. The other ground-floor king bedroom enjoys an en suite bathroom. The primary, king suite on the second offers a tucked-away office nook and a lavish, spa-like bathroom with soaker tub and glass-front shower. The suite opens to a private, lakeside balcony wrapping one corner of the home. Enjoy the shade of a pergola in one seating area—perfect for morning coffee or cocktail hour! Finally, a third-floor bunk room with three built-in bunks opens to a spacious bathroom with tub/shower. Lots of hooks for everyone’s towels help with cleanup when kids wash up after beach time. For added comfort, the living room boasts a luxurious sleeper sofa, ideal for cozy movie nights! Additionally, there are two pack 'n plays available for the little ones.

Just beyond the back porch, grassy Sunnyside Park offers bonus outdoor space where kids can play along the lakefront.
