THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.

IMPORTANT NOTES

This home is located in a developing community. There may be construction going on around the neighborhood and next door.
Due to minimal parking, trailers of any kind are not allowed in the neighborhood.

GOLF CART INFORMATION

Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. For example, if you book for arrival the same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day. Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts. Once your reservation is confirmed, Joy Golf Carts will contact you directly to finalize the rental details. Golf carts are not included with long-term reservations. Please reach out to us for pricing and assistance adding a golf cart to your stay.

POOL INFORMATION

The pool cannot be heated.
The pool is serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday, and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. Because this home is next to the dunes, you may see some sand at the bottom of the pool.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED

As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from items including bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select your gear at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A two-night minimum stay is required.
Due to minimal parking, there are no trailers of any kind allowed in the neighborhood.
Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM but there is no guarantee.
Starter set is for 1 night only and we will not resupply the home.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

WiFi is not compatible with guests working remotely during their stay. We do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty Internet on the island.
