Great place and very cute. The only issue was ants in kitchen and later found on living room floor. Manager was attentive but no way to get exterminator on sat night and Sunday day. She did spray kitchen and pantry. Close to beach I recommend as long as ants are taken care of.

Such a great location, close to everything. Kim's place was clean and a nice place to stay, beds were comfortable. She was so helpful with the check in process and very responsive. We will definitely be keeping this place on our list to stay. Can't wait to be back!

The property was just as advertised. It actually looked better in person than what I was expecting! Easy check-in/check-out. The beach was less than 1 min drive or a short walk away!

Port-A family Spring Break 2022

This property was perfect for our family’s spring break trip. The interior of the condo is updated, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well enough to allow us to cook breakfast each morning in the condo. Kim was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The location is walkable to the beach. We rented a golf cart to be able to drive on the beach and carry our stuff but a wagon would have worked too. The golf cart rental Ocean Carts and Jack Fish rentals are both walking distance from the condo too. Despite it being spring break, the area of beach closest to the condo was mostly families. We hope to enjoy another stay in this condo!

Great condo. Beautifully decorated. This was a great property for my daughter and I to have an escape, it was like going to the spa. Pool on the property was very clean.

Everything was fantastic!

From the minute you open the door and walk in, you feel completely relaxed and happy! The condo is gorgeous well-appointed with modern features and thoughtful amenities! Its two-story and is plenty enough room! Everything is there and you only need to bring your swimsuit! The beach is about a two minute walk and has chair and umbrella rentals on the beach. There’s also a pool on the property and even a small patio for watching the sunset. Our host Kim was the perfect host! This is definitely on my list of “must rent again!”

The property was exactly what the pictures looked like! Perfect space for 6 people, cute kitchen area, bathrooms were clean and the perfect walking distance from the beach. Also, the check in and out was so seamless and stress free! Will definitely be back!

We had the best time staying at Kim’s rental property. It was so clean, just a short walk from the beach and in a very convenient location. Kim was quick to answer any questions I had and communicated great. We felt safe and secure and we will definitely be returning for our annual girls trip next year!

Amazing condo

My family and I enjoyed our stay here, very quiet and family oriented complex. One block to beach, condo was clean,cozy and was up to date on its furnishings and appliances. Kitchen fully equipped with all that a family needs. Board games a plus! The only thing I would consider adding to the condo maybe a small BBQ grill. There are BBQ grills placed around the complex however the one located across the back patio was broken just the post was there alongside the picnic table. I'm sure there is probably a work order to be fixed because like I said this complex is very well maintained. Kim property manager is very responsive and professional. Can't say it enough if you have the opportunity to rent this condo, do it! Don't hesitate

Wonderful experience!

My group of 6 met here and it was amazing! The condo was SO clean and beautiful and had everything that we needed. We planned on renting a golf cart, but it’s literally right next to the beach- just a short walk. Highly recommend and would return! Thanks for a great weekend with my girls.

Great Location.

Very nicely appointed and maintained, it was perfectly comfortable for two couples. It is a very short walk to the beach and convenient to town. Ground floor access means easy unloading & loading. The condo offered everything you need for a hassle-free stay. Highly recommend.

Came down to Port Aransas for Spring Break and had a fabulous time in this property! Super cute and clean condo in a great complex. We had a very quiet and relaxing stay and the beach was just a short walk away! Host was also very helpful and responsive. Could not recommend this property more!
