A new Keurig with both coffee and tea pods is available to enjoy while you sit on your balcony watching the waves and admiring the graceful pelicans as they fly above your head.

The bright master bedroom features a king size bed with a beautiful white headboard, 2 nightstands and a 42-inch TV. This room is decorated in a white and blue nautical theme, reminiscent of the sea and ships. You will feel a sense of adventure and exploration with the ocean's beauty while surrounded by lighthouses, a compass with an anchor and a ship wheel with oars. Adjoining this bedroom is a nicely renovated bathroom featuring a luxurious walk-in tile shower with a mosaic style floor, all while staying in that nautical theme frame of mind.

The dining area is a combination of a wide countertop with 3 barstools and a beach themed, distressed, table with colorful chairs all giving you a perfect view of the gulf while having a family meal or a game of cards.
The living room, which also looks over the beach and the beautiful waves has recently been updated with a new fireplace, leather sofa, rocker recliner, swizzle chair and a new area carpet all continuing to keep you in that “Sea Time Is Me Time” frame of mind. In the evening you will enjoy watching your favorite shows on the 65-inch 4k smart TV.

Sharing this amazing view with the 27-foot balcony, 6-floor to ceiling windows looking over the Gulf of America, is a 2nd bedroom with a sliding wall for privacy if desired. Two queen size beds with benches, nightstands with pelicans and an accent wall showing one of Port A's favorite recreations, fishing, all done with rod, reel, fish and nets with wooden fence-like headboards, making you feel you are still part of the wonderful ocean outside. New bedside carpets also adorn this room. The nearby bathroom has a very spacious tub/shower combination with a continuing theme of the ocean with jellyfish, sea horses and mermaids.
Unit includes a full-size washer and dryer, beach chairs, boogie boards and an ice chest. Please dry and clean off sand before returning to their proper place for all guests to enjoy. Amenities include: WIFI/ cable TV, pool, hot tub, BBQ area and a fish house. Indoor game room for those rainy days has foosball table, board games and a 42-inch TV.
