Indulge and unwind on-site at two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season, world-class golf course, and VIP Beach Experience. Indulge and relax on-site at fabulous Palmilla Beach, highlighted by a resort-style pool, world-class golf course, and VIP Beach Experience. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services. Make yourself at home in the welcoming second-floor great room that boasts comfy seating and a 55” TV. Kick back with a cold beverage on the adjacent covered balcony. The third-floor loft offers board games and a sitting area with a TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the upscale kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and helpful gadgets. When it’s time to eat, perch at the large kitchen bar or gather at the dining table. Comfort awaits in the primary suite with a private covered balcony. The en suite bath has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The first-floor guest suite has an en suite bathroom that is also accessible via the foyer. The loft holds two twin-over-twin bunk beds, two daybeds, and a queen sofa bed. The en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination and double vanity. Extra amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOWThere is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.2 dogs, weighing 40 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Palmilla Beach Resort approval.This rental is located on floor 1.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. Perfect week at a perfect home!

Loved this home at Palmilla beach. Had everything we needed, very clean (and I’m a clean freak), plenty of space for the kids to play up stairs. Loved how close it was to the pool!!! 10/10 Definitely will rebook this unit :)

Flip flop stay 🩴

The property and Villa were amazing. Perfect for our needs and very well appointed and stocked. Vacasa, however, was disappointing. Patio furniture and floors covered in dead bugs, food under the furniture, not all garbage is emptied. Booking was difficult with no follow up at all.

The Townhouse was steps away from the pool. We definitely would rent it again if our concerns were acknowledged and addressed.

Randomly chose this property via VRBO with no prior knowledge. Kudos to the property management and home owners. Beautiful property and location with ease of access to beach, pool and golf course! Only suggestion I have is to check the water pressure on floor 2 (main floor). I would absolutely recommend staying here and will look for this place moving forward when staying in Port A again.

Great spot

We had an awesome time and would use this location again. The house was perfect and well maintained. The amenities from pool, golf cart, beech set up was an added bonus. Can’t wait to go back.

The setup of this home is really great for 2 families and kids. The bunk room was perfect for the kids after Long Beach days. There is a pool across the street as well that was really nice.

What a great beach home! Very clean, well put together place to stay...including the little touches a lot of other places don't have. I felt like I was staying at someone's home (versus a rental property), as EVERYTHING was top notch. Thank you!

I would have liked use of the pantry. We stayed a week, so food had to stay on the counters, taking up needed space, and looked messy. Aside from, great place to stay!

The house was very nice and accommodated our family very well. The stairs were a little difficult with a two-year-old but that was not a big deal. We loved the location close to the pool. Very clean and comfy!

Lovely Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The house and neighborhood amenities were great! Were a group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) and the size of the house was perfect. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, while the kids had the run of the bunk room upstairs. Beach access was super easy and we thoroughly enjoyed both pools, especially the Oasis Pool. All staff that we interacted with from the groundskeepers to the wait staff to the guest services were kind, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend Flip Flop Fanta and Palmilla for your next family beach vacation!

Attractive home in great location

We stayed here with four young children and it worked well for us. We loved being close to the pool and the beach. Beds were super comfortable, and HVAC, wi-fi, plumbing and electrical were in great shape. Management company was easy to work with and professional. Checkin and checkout were seamless and easy. There is enough room to park three vehicles, but tight for minivans and larger SUVs; however, there was ample street parking available near the unit when we visited. More than adequate seating available for meals.

Wonderful Easter Weekend

The home was extremely clean and beautifully decorated! So many little details were thought about. Love the layout of the house, perfect to get some space from the kids while they enjoy playing upstairs with all the games and toys. We had fun at the Easter egg hunt and spending time on the beautiful beach! We look forward to coming back again!
